Amber DryLink is a dry contact IoT transmitter from Amber IoT that monitors the open or closed state of a contact such as a relay, switch, or sensor output and reports changes over the Sigfox 0G network. Amber DryLink connects to a dry contact input, detects when that contact opens or closes, and transmits the change over the Sigfox 0G low-power network to a backend platform. Because it uses a dedicated low-power radio, it runs on battery for extended periods and works where cellular coverage is limited. This lets you monitor equipment states remotely without complex wiring or a mains connection.
Amber DryLink can monitor almost anything that produces a dry contact signal for example gate and door status, pump or machine on/off states, fault outputs, float switches, and tamper contacts. No Amber DryLink runs on the low-power Sigfox 0G network and is designed for battery operation, so it does not need network cabling or, in many cases, a mains supply.
